-Identify, develops, and evaluates marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics, and cost and mark up factors.
-Assists in preparation, administration and documentation of proposals.
-Maintains existing business accounts and secures new accounts through aggressive and creative sales & marketing programmes.
-Conducts sales presentations to prospective clients.
-Coordinates and participates in promotional activities and trade shows, working with developers, advertisers, and production managers, to market the serviced apartment.
-Prepares monthly reports of leasing for review of plans and procedures.
-Conducts economic and commercial surveys to identify potential markets for the Company.
-Degree in Business Administration/Sales & Marketing/Hospitality.
-At least 3 years of relevant experience.
-Knowledge in the Hospitality Industry.
-Excellent spoken and written English.
-Well versed in use of computers such as PowerPoint and Excel.
-Confident, Good organizational & people development sales, Outgoing personality
