- Greet Visitors with a positive and helpful attitude
- Assisting visitors/contractors to meet their person in charge
- Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking and collecting badges as necessary and maintain visitor log
- Prepare meeting and training rooms
- Answer phones in a professional manner and routing calls as necessary
- Answer, forward and screen phone calls
- Other tasks as assigned by department head
- Associate or bachelor degree in business administration or suitable qualification.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience.
- Experience in reception or secretarial function will also be considered.
- English communication skills are required.
- Good computer skills with working knowledge of MS products (Word and Excel).
