- Answering calls, taking messages, handling correspondence and redirect to relevant person within the office
- Liaising with relevant organizations and Tenants
- Manage record and arrange drivers’ daily work
- Arrange airport transfers for oversea management
- Arrange meeting and taking Minute as required
- Check frequently the levels of office stationary and pantry and place appropriate orders
- Assist company’s events as required
- Make travel arrangements for Country Manager and Management Team
- Book air ticket, accommodation, transportation and visa
- Ensure the reception and lobby area keep cleaned and tidy
- Review meeting room availability, manage meeting room bookings
- Greet Guests and provide refreshments
- Maintain and manage filing systems for CRJM
- Carry out simple book keeping and process invoices for CRJM
- Organize and assist CRJM with events and committee meetings
- Procurement of sundry items
- Filing, Printing and photocopying


- At least 2 years’ experience in an office environment
- Integrity, Energetic, intelligent and communicative.
- A degree from a respected university
- Excellent English (written and verbal) and a desire to further language skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Pleasant and outgoing personality
