5 Days a week with pay rate negotiated with short list applicants, based on experience, suitability and qualifications.
Our Phnom Penh office is seeking a Cambodian, “Operational Portfolio Manager”, that has strong English and displays strong relational and leadership capability.
Due to this position working directly under very experienced executive and while undertaking immediate full time management responabilities within the organisation, this position would ideally suit an individual with proven base skills of middle level portfolio team management and leadership. With a desire to progress towards more senior management skills and abilities. It is envisaged the individual would possess a strong willingness and loyalty to grow together with the organisation and assist to develop and carry out the Board Executive 5-year plan requirements using the applicants existing and as required enhanced, Operational Management and Leadership skills and abilities.

Required Skills and abilities.

•Well educated and with strong English and Khmer communication skills, both written and verbal.
•Able to work within, guide and develop an organisation founded on Christian beliefs and principals, demonstrating a strong ability to understand how this may be upheld within, a non denominational humanitarian structure of operation.
.Proven ability within operational management including the management of youth that involved children and or/Youth, preferably within Education and/or training.



Requirement

Highly Desirable Skills and Abilities

•Tertiary qualification within Education, Business, Management,HR or similar.
•Leadership, ensuring strong and accountable operational practices of portfolios of teams under management.
•Proven ability to develop and implement cultural and organisational workplace change, to successfully implement highly proficient and accountable systems of quality assurance.

Remuneration would be discussed with shortlisted applicants based on their qualification, skills, abilities and immediate, without further training, suitability for the position and organisations future direction.
