Alila Villas Koh Russey (opening in 2018) consists of a resort, which features 50 rooms and 13 villas, is looking for passionate and talented individuals to be part of our amazing team!
As a Guest Service Captain, your main responsibility is to work together with the Guest Service team in ensuring that guests are warmly welcomed to the hotel and properly assisted with any queries they have during their stay. As a key member of the Front Office team, you always seek to anticipate guests needs to help ensure that their stay is a memorable one.
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria;
Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar
Previous supervisory experience in Reception / Front Desk operations
Well-groomed, friendly, and with a warm personality
Computer literacy in Opera, Micros, and Microsoft Office systems
Good knowledge of both English and Khmer language skills
