Representing the organization progress on strategic goals to external stake holder.
Developing and defining the BU strategy.
Leading key initiative in operation to support overall strategy.
Ensuring Business decisions are grounded in sound of financial and operational criteria
Providing insight and analysis to COO to support the whole organization
Set comprehensive goals for BU performance and growth
Setting up objectives and directives for BU operational functions mainly sales & marketing, service, technical support, warehouse, spare-parts, finance & accounting, HR and assets maintenance.
Evaluates newly implemented sales plans
Oversees daily operations and makes adjustments as necessary.
Organize, motivate and lead personnel of the related departments to achieve a high level of work efficiency and performance.
- Experience in Sales at least 5 years, has strong in Sales Skill
- Planning and Organizing
- Multi Tasks
- Computer literacy
- Math Aptitude
- Experience in Heavy Machinery is preferable
- Good Knowledge in Heavy Machinery like excavator, Wheel loader,..
- Strong motivation
