- Assist Accounting Manager to prepare the financial report require by management.
- Day to day processing of invoice, cheques and payment to suppliers
- Daily accounting tasks such as bookkeeping, journalizing month transaction, control
petty cash, payment management, etc….
- Reconciliation petty cash repot with General Ledger in accounting system
- Reconciliation account payable and account receivable prepared by key accounts
- Bank reconciliation account and all account in trail balance
- Prepare monthly tax declaration, and yearly tax declaration
- Submit documents tax declaration to tax branch
- Control company fixed asset register, Fixed Asset tags, transfer asset, write off FA…….
- Monthly Fixed Asset count and re-tag of fixed asset
- Monthly fixed asset report to Accounting Manager
- Other duties assign by direct manager
- Bachelor degree in the field of Accounting & Finance, or relevant field.
- At least 2 years’ proven work experiences as Tax Accountant experience in sales admin
- Knowledge on Accounting & Bookkeeping procedure and accounting system
- Knowledge on computer Literacy (Microsoft word and Advance Excel)
- Strong numeracy skill
- Keen attention to detail
- Able to work under pressure and multi jobs
- Able to manage the tasks assigned by manager and deliver on time and schedule
- Honest, working hard, and quick learner
- Good in English speaking and writing
